GXM 31 XM smart antenna delivers XM Satellite Radio, NavTraffic and Weather services to your compatible Garmin chartplotter. The GXM 31 can be eith flush or pole mounted, and it comes with a 30ft long cable with a positive lock waterproof mini-USB connector.

Roughly 3 inches in diameter, the GXM 31 processes XM information and sends the finished data to your unit for display. This GXM 31 unit requires a separate XM Satellite subscription(s). Traffic services are available only in select cities where XM Nav Traffic coverage exists.

With a subscription to XM WX Weather, users will receive comprehensive graphical weather displays on a compatible Garmin chartplotter in the continental USA and 100 miles into U.S. coastal waters. Over 20 types of graphical weather information can be overlaid on the map of a compatible Garmin display. XM WX Satellite Weather delivers location-specific, animated, high-resolution weather data, in chart-overlay form, directly to your Garmin GPS.

With a subscription to XM Satellite Radio, users will receive 160 digital channels of commercial-free music including more than 30 channels of news, sports, talk and entertainment along with 20 dedicated channels of XM Instant Traffic & Weather. It also features the deepest playlist in the industry with access to over 2 million titles.
