PC Combo Cable (PC Interface Cable with Cigarette
Lighter Adapter)

Plug your GPS directly into your PC's serial port to use GPS and waypoint data with mapping and planning software, or to a beacon receiver, marine autopilot or other compatible device.

Features a standard 9-pin D connector and also provides convenient connection to any 12-volt cigarette lighter socket (with fuse protection).

Can be used with the AC-12VDC Converter to provide power from a standard wall power outlet.

Can be connected to USB port with USB to Serial Cable Converter.

A Combination Cable is required if you need to provide 12 volt power at the same time as connecting to a Windows computer or other device since the GPS units have only one connection port.

The GARMIN cable has the connection betweeen the cigarette lighter cable and the serial cable (each about 2 metres long) about 10 cm from the GPS connector.
