| The
RAM Standard Mounting system consists of interchangeable components; a custom
made cradle for each model of GPS; adjustable arms; and a selection of bases that
provide a variety of attachment methods. These custom made cradles are designed
to withstand more than 50 g's of shock, and the patented rubber ball and socket
design will protect the electronics from damage due to vibration. With
one cradle and an attached arm system, you can have a number of separate bases
so so that your GPS can be quickly and easily moved between your windshield, handlebar,
deck or any other location that you want. If you decide to switch GPS units simply
switch out the GPS cradle necessary to make the change. RAM
components can be combined to suit your requirements and provide perfect positioning
in awkward locations.
