Allows
you to quickly download maps from MapSource CD-ROMs to a Garmin
data card (8 - 256 MB), which then plugs into your Garmin
GPS. The GPS unit is not required for programming. Significantly
reduces programming time compared to downloading through the GPS.

CD-ROM with USB device drivers for Windows 98 and 2000, Garmin
MapSource upgrade software including USB support, 6 ft cable with
USB connector.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Pentium processor, USB Port, WINDOWS
98 or WINDOWS 2000, 20MB minimum RAM, 20MB free hard
disk space, CD-ROM drive, 256 color display adapter and monitor,
mouse or other pointing device, Garmin MapSource software.
Windows 95 and NT are not compatible operating systems.
NB:
The USB Data Card Programmer cannot be used for programming of Garmin
512MB data cards. This card can only be programmed when installed
in a compatible unit.
