GPS 3914 Antenna
Low
power use, active GPS antenna
The
WS3914 GPS antenna is designed for low power use while maintaining
GPS performance. The antenna design and low current draw makes
the WS3914 antenna ideal for portable applications where low power
operation is a necessity, including telematics applications using
MONITOR, STANDBY or SLEEP modes. It
uses the same advanced circuitry as the high performance WS3910
antenna, and still features a custom designed ceramic patch
element along with a patented low noise amplifier and SAW filter,
enabling the WS3914 to provide a consistent, clear signal while
minimising loss-of-lock.
Features
Extremely low current: 2 mA @ 2.7VDC
Extremely low noise figure: 0.8 dB
Gain: 18 dB
Excellent out-of-band signal rejection
Choose from MCX or BNC connectors
High performance LNA (patented)
Wide voltage input range (3.0 - 5.5 VDC)
Excellent low elevation angle coverage
For
automobile applications where superior reception is more important
than conservation of battery life, the high performance WS3910
is an option.
