The GPSMAP 76CS adds an electronic compass & barometric altimeter to the features it shares with the GPSMAP 76C: TFT 256-color sunlight-readable display, separate serial and USB interfaces, built-in Americas Autoroute basemap with auto-routing capabilities, and 115 MB internal memory available for storage of extra map detail. Completely waterproof with up to 30 hours battery life using 2 AA batteries, the GPSMAP 76C and GPSMAP 76CS are fully compatible with MapSource products such as BlueChart, TOPO Canada, as well as with City Navigator and MetroGuide Canada which provide detailed streets for turn-by-turn guidance (no voice output).
