The nuvi 760, nuvi 770 and nuvi 780: MSN Direct have stellar enhancements to what were already pumped features in the older, popular nuvi 600 series. Loaded and wide, these nuvis have it all — advanced navigation features, a widescreen display, preloaded maps, an FM transmitter, a travel kit and more.

The nuvi 760 and nuvi 770 are packaged with Garmin's FM traffic receiver (limited coverage in Canada - see sidebar for details), which allows users to avoid traffic congestion, accidents and road construction. Traffic services are now available in 68 major metropolitan areas in the US and Canada. Traffic receiver includes a 3-month free trial subscription.

Bluetooth wireless technology in the nuvi 760 and nuvi 770 offer up hands-free calling when paired with compatible phones. Simply tap nuvi's screen to dial or answer calls and then speak directly into the unit's built-in microphone. You can also look up phone numbers and dial them from the mobile phone's call history log that shows calls received, calls dialed and calls missed. If you need a phone number for your destination, easily find and dial it from nuvi's points of interest database, which includes hotels, restaurants, stores and much more.

Maps for North America and Europe. The nuvi 770 is preloaded with highly detailed City Navigator® NT road maps for transatlantic travel (North America & Europe). The nuvi 770 includes POIs for Europe.

The nuvi 760 offers full coverage mapping for the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. (Note: Coverage of Mexico not included.)

Six million points of interest (POIs). The preloaded map data features hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs and attractions. The map data is provided by NAVTEQT, a world leader in premium-quality mapping. Simply touch the POI icon and the nearest attractions, restaurants (Italian, Asian, etc), fuel stations are shown on your nuvi's screen, wherever you are in North America!
