MSN Direct. With next-generation dynamic content from MSN Direct, nüvi 780 is one resourceful personal travel assistant. Using the included receiver and free trial service to MSN Direct, you can check the weather, avoid traffic backups, compare local gas prices, get enhanced movie listings, stock information, news and local events when you travel with your unit. Even plan trips from the convenience of your computer, via Windows Live Local, and wirelessly send locations to nüvi 780.
FM transmitter allows users to wirelessly transmit audio, including MP3s, phone calls and audio books, through the vehicle's stereo.
Bluetooth wireless technology in the nuvi 780 offers up hands-free calling when paired with compatible phones. Simply tap nuvi's screen to dial or
answer calls and then speak directly into the unit's built-in microphone.
Also, look up phone numbers and dial them from the mobile phone's
call history log that shows calls received, calls dialed and calls missed (for supported phones). If you need a phone number for your destination,

Maps for North America. The nuvi 780 is preloaded with highly detailed City Navigator® NT road maps offering full
coverage mapping for the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. (Note: Coverage of Mexico not included.)
Six million points of interest. The preloaded map data features hotels,
restaurants, gas stations, ATMs and attractions. The map data is provided by NAVTEQT, a world leader in premium-quality mapping. Simply touch the POI icon and the nearest attractions, restaurants (Italian, Asian, etc), fuel stations are shown on your nuvi's screen, wherever you are in North America! The nuvi 770 includes POIs for Europe.
