Garmin StreetPilot c330, Newly Overhauled only

GPS Central no longer stocks the StreetPilot c330 for the following reasons
1) Maps included are of an older version and there are NO free updates
2) The unit has insufficient internal memory for holding updates so if you do purchase an update you can only load one coverage area at a time (USA or CAN)

1) Nuvi 250 - You will gain portability, better GPS reciever inside, picture viewer, better screen, and the unit will hold North America even if you update it (free update if the maps are out of data at time of purchase).

The StreetPilot c330 is touch screen and provides portable, affordable gps car navigation with easy-to-read graphics, clear voice commands and simplicity.

This StreetPilot c330 GPS comes pre-loaded with highly detailed MapSource City Navigator street data for Canada, USA and Puerto Rico. There's no downloading from a PC, just plug in an address or pick a destination and the automatic routing and voice prompts of the StreetPilot c330 take you there (a variety of languages is available). The database features five million-plus points of interest-including hotels, restaurants, gas stations, ATMs, and attractions. City Select detail may be viewed online using Garmin's MapSource Map Viewer. The c330 has SD card storage for other MapSource data.

As an added benefit, you can now import customized points of interest with the help of Garmin's free POI Loader software. The possibilities are endless - upload safety cameras or school zones, and you will receive a warning if you are traveling too fast. In addition, an optional proximity-alert feature notifies you of upcoming custom POIs.

The StreetPilot c330 has a bright, 3.5-inch diagonal, 16-bit color display, dual integrated speakers for high-quality voice prompts, and an internal lithium-ion battery for out-of-car route planning.

The styling of the StreetPilot c-series is super simple - the only buttons are a rotary volume knob and an on/off switch. The device is secured by a suction-mount cradle that fastens to the windshield for easy portability between vehicles. Users can customize their unit's appearance with an array of colored faceplates (sold separately).
