Alpha Delta SEP Arc-Plug Static Electricity Protector

Dangerous static charges are developed from thunderstorms, high-wind driven snow, or desert sand. The static electricity generated by these forces has been measured to thousands of volts. They’re so potent; they can puncture the dielectric of unterminated coax.

Alpha Delta SEP Arc-Plug units are OEM replacements for the protectors located in the back of DELTA-C Center Insulators and are easily replaced by carefully removing the #10 stainless steel hardware used to attach the ends of the antenna wires. Please note the assembly order of your washers, lock washers, wires, nuts, and carefully re-assemble them in the same order after replacing the static electricity protector cartridge.

Fits only the Delta-C center insulator. Not for use above 2:1 SWR.
