The GPSMAP 176C
takes up a small footprint, yet features a 16-colour transreflective display measuring
3.75 inches diagonal with a pixel count of 320 x 240 and backlighting. The
GPSMAP 176C provides full-featured navigation and quick map draws using a high
speed RISC processor.
model is equipped with a built-in
Americas Highway basemap and tide data for the United States. Additional
detail can also be downloaded to GARMIN
data cards from MapSource CD-ROMs
and plugged into the GPSMAP 176C.
